Roxie Lilley, Pastor
Pastor Roxie Lilley is the youngest of four children; a Pastor’s kid born in St. Louis, Missouri.
She was 12 years old when she asked God to “use her”, and He began preparing her for work and assignments, on earth as it is in Heaven.
As a Youth Director, Roxie travelled as the District Youth Director from 1990 to 1992 with the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church.
She taught youth ages 12 to 18 from 1990 to 1994 and was youth director for four years at her former local church in Oakland.
In November 2000, she was led to what she calls “her place of change”, Heart of the Bay Christian Center in Hayward, CA where she served for 8 years.
Roxie graduated with the 2010 Evangelism Class of Rhema Bible Training Center and with the graduating Class of Rhema School of Pastoral Ministers in 2022.
She was led to Vision of Faith Church, Broken Arrow in 2014, ordained in 2017, and served as Associate Minister there for five years. She serves as a volunteer with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, ministering the Word of God to women in various state prisons.
She humbly and happily preaches the gospel sharing the love of God and exhorting a “Fear Free-Faith Filled” Word. She enjoys proclaiming and explaining the New Birth (John 3:7) and accepting the Lord Jesus without excluding the Holy Spirit as a Present, a Gift to open.
Pastor Roxie notes often: “We the Called Out ones, the Church, choose to Pray, Glorify God, Lift Jesus Up, Be Free in Him, and happily invite others to do the same!”

Sr. Marylon is an anointed Minister and faithful Servant of God & ACTCT.
She works closely with Pastor Roxie to ensure that God’s Work gets accomplished, God’s way — “on earth as it is in heaven.”
